Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing Operation of KDM Accessories.
  • Drive the sales strategy for General Trade & achieve overall sales targets across primary, secondary & tertiary levels of distribution.
  • Achieve the desired Width of Distribution at Zonal level as per AOP.
  • Monthly forecast of Sales Planning on SKU level & Rolling out of targets to Zonal Distributors, Area
    Distributors, ABM & TL’s of 1st of every month.
  • Plan aggressive launch & NPPI plans of New Models at RC & RA outlets, also monitor their performances of Sell Out as per AOP
  • Track & Manage distributor engagement & performance against business plans, Cohesive working with Sales team to achieve & ensure targets & goals.
  • Plan regular trainings on all SKU’s for last mile sales team.
  • Work with marketing teams for BTL activities at Zonal Level with a view to drive the zonal sales volumes.
  • Placement – Ensure availability of products at maximum retails outlets specifically on counter with RA deployment.
  • Deliver Zone Profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis as projected in AOP
  • Implement the brand guidelines in channel & maintain seamless flow of information’s at all levels.
  • Develop & maintain strong channel relations.
